  2. Keep consuming fruits, juices, coconut water and milk as they are very healthy and will keep your body hydrated.
  3. Stay away from fried foods, coffee as they will dehydrate your body and also not recommended for babies.
  4. Also, when you break the fast, make sure you don’t just consume water, fruit or anything light so that your body feels full and you don’t feel any kind of weakness.
  5. Avoid sitting on the ground or in any position during Puja. Sit on a stool or chair. If you feel uncomfortable or unwell, lie down in your room and rest for a while.
